With this form, you can apply for participating in one or more Crazy Camp(s).

The application form consists of 3 pages, and filling in will take around 10 minutes.
Before filling in the form, make sure that you have read the info page of the Crazy Camp(s) that you want to join, as well as the FAQ page.

What happens when you hit the Submit button?

A copy of the data that you filled in is automatically sent to me by email.
After reviewing your application I will send you information about the procedures for joining. This will include information about how to pay an advance payment. Also you will get information about cancellation policy.
Only once I* receive that payment, your place in the Crazy Camp is secured.
Until you pay the advance payment there is no commitment – not for you and not for me.

*Formally 'I' and 'me' stands for the association.

If you are coming with more than one person, then make sure that every person fills in this form individually.

Participation fee

The participation fee for the Taster Weekend is EUR 55.

Diversity

One of the things that makes Crazy Camps unique and fantastic, is the fact that the groups are very mixed. It is very rare that there are more than 3 or 4 participants with the same nationality in the group - more often there are only 1 or 2. I like that!
Therefore I am asking you the questions below. Answering is optional and not required. I will never reject your application because of your answer to these questions; it is more that I know that I might want to fine tune my "marketing" if the diversity starts getting under pressure.
