Cost structure Crazy Snow Camp XMas/NYE 2013>2014
If we fill the hut, price for two weeks is EUR 620 per person.
If you want to join only one week (21-28 dec or 28 dec- 4 jan), pricing for this gets a bit complicated, because for example the price that I pay for the hut doesn’t change if you come only one week. So the price for one week will depend on how many people will eventually sign up… There are 12 places in the house and there are two weeks, so in total there are 24 ‘slots’.
Basic price for one week is EUR 500 per person.
Imagine that 5 people signed up for two weeks, and 6 people signed up for one week:
first week
second week
Butters
Stan
Eric
Kyle
Kenny
Asterix
empty slot
Harry
empty slot
Hermione
empty slot
Jaime
empty slot
empty slot
Joffrey
empty slot
Cersei
empty slot

In this example, the two-week participants pay EUR 620 each and the one-week participants pay EUR 500 each.
If you sign up for one week (for example: the first week) and you find someone for the other week (in this example: the second week), you will pay EUR 310 each, IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MATCHED: the person that you bring in did not participate in a previous Crazy Camp, and did not already sign up for this Crazy Snow Camp or one of the other upcoming Crazy Camps through this site, BeWelcome.org, couchsurfing.com or facebook.com.
Asterix brings in a newcomer to Crazy Camps: Obelix. They will pay EUR 310 each; the other one-week participants will pay EUR 500 each and the two-weeks participants pay EUR 620 each:
first week
second week
Butters
Stan
Eric
Kyle
Kenny
Asterix
<- Obelix
Harry
empty slot
Hermione
empty slot
Jaime
empty slot
empty slot
Joffrey
empty slot
Cersei
empty slot
empty slot
empty slot
empty slot
In all other cases, it will depend on how the ‘slots’ of the ‘matrix’ fill up.
Stewe, Loretta, Glenn, Meg and Lois sign up for one week, and they were not introduced by someone else:
first week
second week
Butters
Stan
Eric
Kyle
Kenny
Asterix
<- Obelix
Harry
Stewe
Hermione
Loretta
Jaime
Glenn
empty slot
Joffrey
empty slot
Cersei
Meg
empty slot
Lois
empty slot
So now the two-weeks participants still pay EUR 620 and Asterix and Obelix still pay EUR 310 each. The calculation is now about Harry, Hermione, Jaime, Meg, Lois, Stewe, Loretta, Glenn, Joffrey and Cersei. The two slots Harry + Stewe together have a value of EUR 620; Hermione + Loretta = EUR 620; Jaime + Glenn = EUR 620; empty + Joffrey = EUR 500; empty + Cersei = EUR 500; Meg + empty = EUR 500; Lois + empty = EUR 500. Total: 620+620+620+500+500+500+500 = 3.860. This will be devided by 10 (this results in 386) so now Harry, Hermione, Jaime, Meg, Lois, Stewe, Loretta, Glenn, Joffrey and Cersei will pay EUR 386 each.
These are meant as calculation examples. The final situation can be different. The actual calculation will be made at the moment that is clear if everybody effectively paid and showed up.
Because in 2022 we celebrate 11 years of Crazy Camps, there will be some extra activities at this Crazy Camp! Participation is optional and at no extra cost.
It will be probably one or more of the following workshops:
Authentic Relating
Conscious Touch
The Silence Within
Ritual Play
